Exactly as pictured. Fit the brake shaft perfectly that was also purchased from Hines. Great people to do business with.

Part was a perfect fit and a good price. It would have been nice to be able to get woodruff , circlip and retaining pin(it sure would be nice to get as an assembly)
Part was exactly what I was looking for. Was used on a 1206 that we bought that was missing some parts. So helpful that Hines uses IH part numbers. Also part number 384309r11 from Hines can also be seen in the picture.
